Safe. Responsible. Effective Pain Medication Plans.
Personalized medication management from providers who put your safety first.
What Is Medication Management?
Medication management is a clinical service focused on helping patients safely and effectively use prescription medications for pain. At Unity Pain Management, our licensed provider works closely with you to evaluate your condition, monitor results, and adjust medications as needed to relieve discomfort while minimizing risk.
We do not believe in overprescribing. Every treatment plan is personalized, cautious, and evidence-based.

Who Is It For?
Medication management may be appropriate if you:
- Have chronic pain that affects daily life
- Are recovering from injury or surgery
- Have tried other treatments with limited success
- Need a second opinion on existing prescriptions
- Require long-term follow-up for pain medications
Medications We May Use
We focus on non-opioid and low-risk medication options when possible, such as:
- Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
- Muscle relaxants
- Neuropathic agents (e.g., gabapentin, pregabalin)
- Topical pain creams
- Low-dose opioids (only if medically appropriate and closely monitored)
Note: We do not prescribe high-dose opioids for new patients or walk-ins. All treatment decisions follow strict safety protocols and are based on individual evaluations.
